We are currently updating the IP limitations to the game, it will changed accordingly after the next restart. As we are in beta stage we decided we will also do that to improve it.
Currently your IP has limitation, you can login by changing IP or using VPN, or you can wait for the restart tomorrow, which will no longer limit certain IPs

You reset the IP, but IP didnt change, most likely. We are going to increase total IP limit after the restart.
